As Brand Marketing Intern for mise en scène (Amorepacific Vietnam), I was the in-house content creator, on-camera talent and editor for the brand’s TikTok - researching real hair concerns and turning them into content that helps. I owned content and media strategy for the official channels, built a creator UGC community, and ran retail and event activations.

Social media & viral content

As in-house creator, talent and editor for the TikTok channel, I researched real hair problems and turned them into content - growing the channel to 4M+ reach and 13K+ new followers (Sep ’24 - Mar ’25).

  • ASMR unboxing of Hello Bubble - 223.3K views, 160K reach, 4K+ engagements.
  • “How to use hair serum properly without it getting sticky” - 195.3K views, 135K reach.
  • aespa fan-club carousel for the D15 sale (exclusive photocard gift) - 100K+ views, 80K reach, 7K engagements.

Content series & seasonal

I created the “Mise tips tóc - Nàng tiếp chiêu” series - local hair-care tips for Vietnamese girls (humidity, helmets, traffic) - plus teasing content for Double Days (D15, D25) and seasonal moments: Valentine’s, Back to School, 20/10. I also led launch content for the new Hello Bubble hair-dye line, riding the personal-color trend.

UGC community & the Muse of Mise

I established the mise en scène × UGC community group to keep creators close to the brand’s campaigns and events, and led the UGC contest for the 2-year anniversary - stock management, sample shipping, content briefing and quality checks.

Event marketing - mise en scène × Watsons

For the “Hello Mise - Shine with Mise” 2-year-anniversary event with Watsons, I worked directly with the event agency on booth activities and proposed the promo mechanics - free hair styling on check-in, personal color analysis with purchase, and a lucky-wheel spin for bills ≥349K VND - and created TikTok content to announce it.

External collaboration - agencies & partners

I briefed and quality-checked content-production agencies and talents, coordinated KOL/KOC booking, and worked with the media agency to track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, ROAS), adapting strategy on the digital team’s insights. I also ran the mise en scène × Dreame × Gu Hair Studio workshop sponsorship and monthly MBS social posts for Watsons, Guardian and Matsukiyo.
